Tea and biscuit are very nice after having colonoscopy. I wish the tube was a smoother diameter.

Staff were caring and attentive at all times. I was seen promptly and I was involved and consulted at every stage of treatment. All done in a friendly atmosphere.

Caring and pleasant staff. Called Dr when needed. Seemed pretty well organised.
NB: Had to telephone to remind 6 mos appointment due and needed. This was addressed promptly but can contribute to pt anxiety.
